With a plugin

There are ready plugins for WordPress, WooCommerce, WHMCS, Joomla, Drupal, PrestaShop, OpenCart and Magento. See Integrations for a download and a guide for each one.

With one line of code

For Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Ghost or any other site, copy the line from your bot's Install tab and paste it just before </body> on every page.

Allow your website

In the same Install tab, add your website address (for example https://www.yourshop.com) under Allowed websites. The chat only appears on websites you list here, so nobody can copy your bot onto their own site.

Check it works

1. Open your website in a private browser window.
2. You should see the round chat button in the bottom corner.
3. Ask a question your website answers, such as your opening hours.
