Chat look-ups: answers from your own systems

Order status, account details or tickets inside the chat.

What it does

When a visitor uses words you choose (for example "order status"), the bot shows a short form, sends the details to your own system over HTTPS, and replies with values from its answer.

Set it up

1. Under Actions, add the HTTPS address of your system and switch it on.
2. Under Chat look-ups, press New look-up, choose that Action, enter the start words and the details to ask for.
3. Write the reply, using {{name}} for values from your system, such as {{order.status}}.

Safety

Chatumi only calls public HTTPS addresses, never private networks, does not follow redirects, and gives up after 15 seconds. Only the details you list are sent.
