Create your first bot

Pick a ready-made bot or start from scratch.

Ready-made bots

Open Templates and pick Online shop, Dental clinic, Hotel and guest house, Web hosting, SaaS or Education. Each one comes with common customer questions already answered. Words in [square brackets] are placeholders: replace them with your real prices, hours and policies. The bot cannot be published while placeholders remain.

Start from scratch

1. Open AI agents and choose New agent.
2. Give it the name visitors will see, such as "Acme Help".
3. Choose Site bot (no AI service) or an AI service.
4. Write a short welcome message.

Teach it

Open Knowledge and add your website address or sitemap. The bot reads every page and re-reads them every day, so changes to your website reach the bot automatically.

Test it

Open Playground and ask the questions your customers ask most. Each answer shows which page it came from.

Publish

When you are happy, choose Publish. Only published bots answer on your website.
