Correct the bot once and see what visitors ask.

Fix an answer

In the Inbox, press "Fix bot answer" under a chat, write the right answer and save. From then on the bot gives that exact answer when someone asks the same question, before it searches your pages.

Topics and mood

The Topics and mood page lists the subjects visitors ask about most, how many chats were happy, neutral or annoyed, and the questions the bot could not answer. It works from the words people use, so no AI service reads your chats.

Good habit

Once a week, open "Could not answer", fix the top three questions, or add the missing information to your website.
