Pop-up messages and greeting tests

Start more conversations without being pushy.

Pop-up messages

1. Open Proactive messages and choose New message.
2. Type part of the page address, for example /pricing, a wait time such as 30 seconds, and your message.
3. Each visitor sees it once per visit, only when the chat is closed.

Greeting test

Write two welcome messages. Half your visitors see each. When both have been seen 200 times and one clearly starts more chats, Chatumi makes it your welcome message.

Contacts

Everyone who shares an email in a chat becomes a contact with their chats, tags and notes. Download a spreadsheet, or send them to Mailchimp or HubSpot.
