Pick up chats the bot passed to you.

When does a chat arrive?

When the visitor chooses "Talk to a person", when the site bot is not sure, or when a message arrives from email, WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram.

Reply

Open the chat and type. The visitor sees your reply in the same chat window, or in the app they wrote from.

Saved replies and notes

Save answers you send often, and leave private notes for your team that visitors never see.

Finish

Choose Resolve when you are done. The visitor can then rate the conversation.
