Answering in many languages

How the site bot replies in your visitor's language without AI.

How it works

The bot recognises the language of each question (English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian and Dutch). If your website has pages in that language, it answers only from those pages. Fixed messages such as "passing you to our team" are also translated.

What you need to do

Add your translated pages as knowledge, for example yourshop.com/es/ or your Spanish sitemap. Pages are tagged by the lang setting of the page, by the address (/es/, /fr/) or by the words used.

If a page is missing

When there is no page in the visitor's language, the bot answers from your other pages, so the visitor still gets help.
