Questions the bot could not answer are grouped by topic under Suggested articles, most asked first. Write the answer once, publish it, and the bot uses it.

Weekly report

Every Monday, owners and admins get an email with chats, top questions, orders and how helpful the bot was. Turn it off under Notifications.
