Alerts on your phone

Get a notification when a visitor asks for a person.

Android and computers

1. Open the dashboard in Chrome, Edge or Firefox.
2. Go to Notifications and choose Turn on alerts on this device.
3. Allow notifications when your browser asks.

iPhone and iPad

1. Open the dashboard in Safari.
2. Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
3. Open Chatumi from the new icon, go to Notifications and turn alerts on.

Test

Choose Send a test alert. If nothing arrives, check that notifications are allowed for the browser in your phone's settings.

Privacy

The alert sent through Google, Apple or Mozilla contains no text. Your phone fetches the message directly from your own server.
