Ways to sign in

Email and password, Google (if your administrator has set it up), or a passkey.

Passkeys

A passkey lets you sign in with your fingerprint, face or device PIN instead of a password. Open Security › Passkeys › Add a passkey. It also counts as two-step sign-in.

Two-step sign-in

Add an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or 1Password) under Security. Save the recovery codes somewhere safe.

Require it for the whole team

Owners can turn on "Require two-step sign-in for everyone" under Security. Team members without it are asked to set it up before they can continue.

Signed-in devices

Security shows every browser signed in to your account. Sign out any device you do not recognise.
