Status page and uptime

Show customers that everything is working.

Your status page

Your public status page is at /status. It shows each part of the service, 90 days of uptime and any incidents.

How it is checked

Your server checks itself every minute through the scheduled task. If the scheduled task stops, the page shows a warning.

Outside monitoring

For alerts when the whole server is down, add https://chat.yourcompany.com/status/ping to a free monitor such as UptimeRobot. It answers "ok" when everything works.

Incidents

Platform administrators can post incidents and updates from the dashboard. They appear on the status page straight away.
