Quick answers to the problems people hit most.

The chat button does not appear

Check that your website address is in Allowed websites, that the bot is published, and that the code is on the page (view the page source and search for widget.js).

The bot says "I am not sure" too often

Add more pages under Knowledge, write articles from Suggested articles, or lower the confidence setting in the bot settings.

Emails do not arrive

Check the mail settings in .env, and add SPF and DKIM for your domain in cPanel › Email Deliverability.

Website changes do not reach the bot

The scheduled task is probably not running. Check Cron Jobs in cPanel; the status page shows a warning when it stops.

Phone alerts do not arrive

On iPhone, open the dashboard from the Home Screen icon. On Android, allow notifications for your browser.
