Bot health, test area, approvals and backups

Check your bot before changes go live, and keep a copy of everything.

Bot health score

A score out of 100 on your Overview, based on the last 30 days: how many questions were answered (35 points), how few chats needed a person (15), thumbs up (25), how fresh your website pages are (15) and unfixed gaps (10). Each part has a "Fix this" link.

Test area

1. Open Trust and control.
2. Type the questions you want to try, one per line.
3. Add draft answers on the right.
4. Press Compare answers to see the live bot and the draft side by side.
5. Happy with it? Press Publish draft answers. Until then, visitors see no change.

Answer approval

Switch on "Require approval" and changes from builders and support staff (fixed answers, new answers, adding add-ons) wait for an owner or admin. Approve or reject them in Trust and control. Every decision is saved in the activity log.

Full backup

Owners can press "Make a backup". You get an email when it is ready, and the download link works for 24 hours. The ZIP holds your chats, contacts, answers, sources and bot settings. Passwords and connection keys are never included.

Send customers to chatumi.com/trust. It explains where data lives, which services are used, how accounts are protected and how to download or delete data.
