Privacy, cookies and spam

Protect your visitors and keep spam out.

Cookie notice

Under Privacy and spam, turn on the cookie notice. Until a visitor accepts, the chat is not remembered between pages.

Visitors' own data

With "Your data" on, visitors can download their chat or delete it for good from the chat window. Deleting also removes their files and contact record.

Blocking

Block an address, a range (203.0.113.0/24) or a country. You can also block straight from a chat in the Inbox. Country blocking needs Cloudflare in front of your site.

Message limit

Set how many messages one visitor can send per minute. The default is 12.

Files

Visitors can send pictures, PDFs, text, Word, Excel and ZIP files up to 10 MB. Files are checked by their content, not their name, and programs are refused.
