Create your first bot

From sign-up to a working bot in about ten minutes.

Create the bot

Open Bots and choose New bot. Give it a name your customers will see, such as "Acme Help".

Choose how it answers

Pick an AI service (OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini) with your own key, or choose Site bot. The site bot needs no AI service at all: it answers only with sentences taken from your own pages.

Add what it should know

Open Knowledge, choose Add source and paste your website address. You can also add your sitemap, upload PDFs or paste text.

Test it

Open Playground and ask the questions your customers ask most. Every answer shows which page it came from.
