Sell, book and track orders in the chat

Connect WooCommerce or WHMCS so the bot can take orders and book appointments.

Connect your store

Open Shop and bookings, choose Connect a store and pick WooCommerce or WHMCS. For WooCommerce create a REST API key with Read/Write access. For WHMCS create an API credential and allow this server in the API IP list.

Taking orders

When a customer writes something like "I want to buy a blue mug", the bot shows matching products and a short order form. WooCommerce orders are created unpaid and the customer gets your secure payment link. WHMCS customers go to your cart with the product added.

Order status

When someone asks "Where is my order?", the bot asks for the order number and email. It only shows the status if the email matches the order.

Appointments

Add your free times under Channels, Appointments. When a customer asks to book, the bot offers those times and confirms the booking at once.
