What it reads

Every page you add under Knowledge, including all pages listed in a sitemap. It keeps the text and ignores menus and footers.

The bot re-reads each page once a day. When a page changes, it learns the new text straight away. You can change the schedule on each source.

It finds the passages that match the question best and replies with those sentences, with a link to the page. It never makes anything up.

If no passage matches well enough, the bot tells the visitor a person will reply, and the chat moves to your Inbox.

Add your own question-and-answer pairs in the bot settings. They always win over page text, which is useful for prices or opening hours.
