Email integration

Turn emails to your support address into chats.

Requirements: An SMTP mailbox for replies, and a small relay that forwards incoming mail as signed JSON (your developer can set this up from docs/CHANNELS.md).

Connect it

1. In Chatumi open Channels › Add channel › Email.
2. Enter the address replies should come from.
3. Copy the inbound address and signing secret shown.
4. Point your mail relay at that address and sign each message with the secret. Plain provider webhooks do not work without the relay.
