HubSpot integration

Create or update HubSpot contacts from your chats.

Requirements: A HubSpot account where you are a super admin.

Create a private app

1. In HubSpot open Settings › Integrations › Private apps › Create a private app.
2. Under Scopes tick crm.objects.contacts.read and crm.objects.contacts.write.
3. Create it and copy the access token (it starts with pat-).

Connect

In Chatumi open Connections › Mailchimp and HubSpot, paste the token and Save.

Send contacts

Open Contacts and choose Send to HubSpot. Existing HubSpot contacts with the same email are updated, not duplicated.
