Instagram integration

Answer Instagram direct messages in your Inbox.

Requirements: An Instagram professional account and a Meta app with Instagram messaging.

Prepare

1. Switch your Instagram account to a professional account.
2. In developers.facebook.com create an app and add the Instagram product.
3. Generate an access token for your account and copy your Instagram account ID and the app secret.

Connect it

1. In Chatumi open Channels › Add channel › Instagram.
2. Paste the details and choose a verify token.
3. Copy the webhook address and add it in the Meta app under Instagram › Webhooks, subscribing to messages.

Replies are allowed within 24 hours of the customer's last message.
