Mailchimp integration

Send chat contacts to a Mailchimp audience.

Requirements: A Mailchimp account and audience.

Get your details

1. In Mailchimp open Profile › Extras › API keys and create a key.
2. Open Audience › Settings and copy the Audience ID.

Connect

In Chatumi open Connections › Mailchimp and HubSpot, paste both and Save.

Send contacts

Open Contacts and choose Send to Mailchimp. Tags come along. New people are added as non-marketing contacts, so nobody gets your newsletter unless they agreed to it.
