Zapier integration

Send new chats, leads, contacts and orders to over 5,000 apps.

Requirements: A Zapier account (the free plan works).

Create the Zap

1. In Zapier choose Create › Zap.
2. For the trigger pick Webhooks by Zapier › Catch Hook, and copy the address Zapier gives you.

Connect Chatumi

1. In Chatumi open Connections › Zapier.
2. Paste the address and tick the events you want: new chat, new lead, new contact, new order, visitor asks for a person, chat closed.
3. Choose Connect Zapier. Chatumi sends a test event straight away.

Finish the Zap

In Zapier choose Test trigger, then add the action you want, for example "Create spreadsheet row" in Google Sheets or "Create deal" in Pipedrive.
