Where answers come from

Each business’s bot answers from that business’s own website, documents and the answers it was taught. Our site bot only repeats facts found there and hands the chat to a person when it is not sure. If the business turns on an AI service or “AI polish”, an AI model words the answer, and we check that it does not add or change prices, numbers or links.

Please check important details

Answers can still be incomplete or out of date if the business’s website is. For prices, orders, medical, legal or financial matters, confirm with the business before you rely on an answer. The business, not Chatumi, is responsible for its products, prices and policies.
