Service delivery policy

What you receive

Chatumi is software that runs in your web browser and on our servers. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped to an address.

When you get access

Free plan and free trial: right after you confirm your email address.

Paid plans: as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider — usually within a minute for cards and UPI, and after network confirmation for crypto payments. A receipt and invoice are emailed to you and are available under Billing.

If access does not start

If your plan is not active 30 minutes after a successful payment, write to support@chatumi.com with your payment reference. We activate it manually or refund you in full.

Plan changes and renewals

Upgrades apply immediately. Renewals happen automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel. See our Refund and cancellation policy for cancelling and refunds.

Where we serve

Chatumi can be used from anywhere the service is available. Prices are shown in Indian rupees for customers in India and in US dollars (or the shown currency) elsewhere.
